On 25th January 2025, GIS arrested Mr. Saif-Elnasr Min-Alla in Damazin. They later released him the following day only to be re-arrested by JSC. Thereafter, JSC released him after spending other night in their custody. The reason behind the arrest was a telephone call on Aljazeera TV show by another person who identified himself as Saif-Elnasr.
