HUDO Centre Additional information: Mr. Jamale-Eldin Mohammed Ali Ibrahim (42 years old) known by the name of Jamal wad Elradeya is self-employed, actively social among the youth and a sports-person. Damazin, is the capital city of Blue Nile State. Since June 2024, the security committee in Blue Nile State established a unit named the Joint Security Cell. This unit consists of SAF- MI, GIS, police, SPLA-N (Agar) and the Islamic militia. Currently this cell is responsible and leading the arrest campaign (operations). This unit (the Joint Security Cell) uses the Roseries dam building in Damazin town as a detention centre and it is managed by SPLA-N and the Islamic militia.
