HUDO Centre Additional information: Mr. Mahmoud Ali Adam Abdalla (42 years), married with 6 children, lives in Adroshab neighborhood, internally displaced from South Kordofan state/ Nuba Mountains, he is a retired policeman. Adroshab is a neighborhood in Khartoum North of Khartoum state. The war has been going on in Khartoum State and other states between the Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) since 15 April 2023 which caused huge numbers of deaths, injuries and assets destruction as well as displacement. On top of that many civilians were arrested and tortured by both warring parties. The violated rights: personal freedom  Article 46 of the Constitutional Document 2019.  Article 6 of the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights.  Article 9 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.  Article 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
