HUDO Centre More information Damazin is the capital city of Blue Nile State. Mr. Abdelmoneim Eisa Elqadi is about 60 years old and he is from Funj tribe; he is a resident of Elhejraa neighbourhood in the northern part of Damazin town. He was state minister in Blue Nile State and the head/ speaker of the state legislative council within Al-Bashir regime. He is also a retired magistrate.
