HUDO Centre HUDO Centre is concerned about the safety of civilians in Sudan during this difficult period of fighting between SAF and RSF and calls for the following:  The Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) in Blue Nile to immediately and unconditionally release Mr. Abdelhakam Yousif and any other civilians that could be under their detention.  The commander of SAF and the state prosecutor in Blue Nile State to drop the case against Mr. Abdelhakeem Yousif and give him back his phones or send him before the court of justice.  The Blue Nile State prosecutor to carefully investigate why Mr. Abdelhakam was arrested at both occasions.  The Sudanese Armed Forces to stop the arrest of civilians.
