HUDO Centre The summary of their testimonies and cross-examination:  The witnesses testified that the following defendants were with them in Al-Abbasiya or their villages on 2nd September 2016 the morning hours /day of Al-Sanadra incident (attack). o Two testified in favour of the 4th Defendant/ Ahmed Al-Tayeb. o Four testified in favour of the 5th defendant/ Al-sadiq Mohammed Rahma (the husband to one of the witnesses). o Two testified in favour of the 8th defendant/ Alhadi Abdelrahman (A brother to one of the witnesses) o One for each defendant, 6th defendant/ Bardab Mohammed Abakar and 10th defendant/ Alzaki Saleh.  None of the witnesses above was interrogated or delivered his testimony to the investigator. They were recently requested by the defendants’ relatives to appear at the court in this stage. At the end of the last session, the defendants’ panel requested the Judge for more sessions to enable the remaining witnesses deliver/submit their testimonies. The judge responded by adjourning court to 22nd and 23rd May 2018 to hear the last submissions (testimonies) of the defending witnesses.
