Additional Information: Mr. Ahmed Nasr Al-Tijani, known by the nickname of Khabir "means expert" is a 35 years old chemical engineer and political /community activist. Abu-Jibaiha is the capital of Abu-Jibaiha Locality, located in the eastern region of South Kordofan State/ Nuba Mountains. Al-Bara Bin Malik Brigade is one of the radical Islamist militias that are currently fighting alongside the Sudan Armed Forces (SAF). The militia is loyal to the Islamic front and the National Congress Party (NCP). The arbitrary arrest by Sudan Armed Force and GIS is very common in the eastern region and particularly in AbuJibaiha with no consideration of the civil rights. For instance;  In November 2024, twelve (12) community leaders and activist were arrested in Al-Abbasiya and deported to Abu-Jibaiha. They have only released in bad health condition by April 2025.  Mr. Ahmed Nasr Eltigani "Khabir," was previously arrested (on 7th September 2024), after criticizing GIS in Abu-Jibaiha for blocking medical support from the Sudanese Doctors Association in America (SAPA) to AbuJibaiha Hospital, he was later released. The violated rights: Personal freedom • Articles 46, 48 & 52 of the Constitutional Document 2019. • Articles 3, 6 & 7 of the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights. • Articles 9, 14 & 26 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
