HUDO Centre More information: The Joint Security Cell (JSC) was established in the entire Sudan immediately after the war broke out (mid of 2024). It is composed of the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), the Police, the General Intelligence Service and some of SAF allied militias. Kadogli is the capital of South Kordofan State/Nuba Mountains. All the arrested youth are aged between 25 and 40 years old, they are active in the emergency rooms which provide assistance and food for the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and vulnerable people. Mr. Alfadel Saeed Elsanhouri is a journalist from Kadugli, currently residing in Kampala, Uganda. He has been regularly writing a series of articles about corruption within the South Kordofan government, titled "The Rot of Kadugli." In his latest article (the subject of the arrest), he addressed the corruption of the governor and the minister of health.
