HUDO Centre Additional information: Mr. Fateh-Elrahman Mohammed Ahmed Abdalla is 33 years old, known by the name of Jagdool Abu-Murtada. He is selfemployed and one of the most active youths in Blue Nile serving the IDPs, poor and sick people. He is known as a member of the Youth Front for Reform and Development as well as active within the Resistance Committees in Blue Nille. Damazin, is the capital city of Blue Nile State. Since June 2024, the security committee in Blue Nile State established a unit and named it Joint Security Cell. This unit consists of SAF- MI, GIS, police, SPLA-N (Agar faction) and the Islamic militia. Currently, this unit or cell is responsible and leads in the arrest operations (campaign). This unit (the Joint Security Cell) uses the Roseries dam building in Damazin town as a detention centre. This detention centre is managed by SPLA-N and the Islamic militia.
