Arrests: Currently, fresh arrests are going on and a number of the Missiriya youths had been included. Detainees in South Kordofan are denied visits by families and friends and are also denied access to legal services and representations. Rare visits are allowed to detainees in Khartoum. Some released under condition of daily base reporting to NISS office (partial release). Sporadic events 1. On 13th March 2013 AlShazaly Hamad-el-Nil was released after 132 days of detention. 2. All detainees in public service were suspended and their salaries frozen. All the released detainees remained suspended from work because of “absence”. Dismissal procedures were started against some for instance AlShazaly Hamd-el-nil and Galeila Khames. 3. On 11th March 2013 following a medical decision to release her from Khartoum Teaching Hospital (KTH) with a follow up appointment in a month time, Ms. Khadeja Mohammed Badr was forcibly deported to El Obeid Prison where 31 other Nuba women remain in detention. Authorities in the prison refused to allow her into their custody because of her medical condition. The NISS then took Ms. Badr to Kadugli Prison, where prison authorities refused to detain her for similar reasons. Ms. Badr was left abandoned in the court yard of the prison until sunset when authorities allowed her to enter the prison. She spent two days suffering from severe back pain and urine retention due to the refusal from NISS to send her to the hospital. On the third day after she had collapsed, they allowed her to access medical treatment. Up to now she is an in-patient at Kadogli police hospital. 4. Kadogli ladies in El Obeid prison are in a bad condition. Seven of them are suffering from chronic diseases and have not been given opportunity to access proper medical services. 5. The case of the kidnapped girl in Dilling town is still in place, due to her health condition ( fainted when she saw her accusers), she was referred to the hospital .
