Due to the above mentioned factors, the members of the public demonstrated/ protested many times seeking to correct the ongoing situation and this may regrettably lead to total chaos. 1.4 Statement of the problem The violations in conflict areas continued and the main perpetrators have been the military, armed/ equipped RSF, PDF (government militias) the former regime agents who are still active and some armed groups. Apart from conflict areas, there is general insecurity in the entire Sudan including Khartoum. Though the arbitrary arrests had decreased, the presence of military forces has been on the rise. Extra judicial killings occurred, for instance more than three hundred (300) dead bodies(unknown, unclaimed and already decomposing) were found in two hospital morgues (Medani hospital4in Eljazeera State and Eltamayouz hospital5 in Khartoum State)(Appendix – 2). The transitional government has not made any progress on the religious rights and all indicators show that there is no political will. In conflict areas, a number of arbitrary arrests were reported. The number of deaths is significantly increasing due to insecurity or tribal conflict. Rights were violated in form of arbitrary arrests (security of persons), unlawful killing, sexual violations, denying people rights to fair trial (court) and rights of civilians within conflict areas.
