It is important to that this school is a registered property of the Catholic Church and delivering it is services to all citizens without religious or ethnic discrimination. However the government is claiming that the school was for the South Sudanese and after the separation should be for the government of Sudan, nevertheless the ministry of education promised to hand the school to the church on 23rd of May 2013, but he didn't. Appeal: Based on the previous mentioned recent amendments in laws, it has become evident that civilians who are now under arbitrary detention, would either be tried on the military courts or kept for longer periods. Moreover, those amendments made on the law, could make possession of smart phones rise to the level of a crime, as they contain imaging devices.
