HUDO Centre More information Many times the Military Intelligence of Sudan Armed Forces especially in conflict areas and particularly South Kordufan State arrest people arbitrarily. For examples;  On 5th March 2018, Mohammed Awad Bakheit was arrested by MI in Al-Abbasiya and released on 7th June 2018 with severe torture scars  On 22 nd August 2018, Mr. Aldouma Mohamed Osman was arrested by MI in Al-Abbasiya. On 8 th September 2018 he died as a result of torture.  On 13thOctober 2018, Mr. Ismail Yousif Abu-Salaa was arrested by MI in Um-Brambeta, released on bail by 17th November 2018.
