Unlawful Killing within IDPs 2.2.7 Death under torture On 9th April 2017, Sabir Babo Ismail Agraf, 31 years old IDP from Nuba Mountain was arrested by Criminal Investigation Unit (CIU) at Aldoroshab in Khartoum North. He was accused of using a stolen phone. Later the Public Order Police (POP) found his dead body at a farm around Aldoroshab. The POP took the dead body to the morgue and the doctor’s report indicated that he died as a result of severe beating (physical torture).
