On 29th and 31st July 2025, the Joint Security Cell (JSC) arrested Mr. Abu-Obeida Sharaf-Eldin and Mr. Almutasim-Billah Khaleifa from Ganees for unknown reasons. They are holding them incommunicado at JSC cells which raised fear that they could be undergoing torture.
