That more than thirteen thousand (13,000) families in Kadogli and more than one thousand (1000) families in the neighbouring town (Kewaik) entirely depend on the shopping vouchers (coupons) mainly provided by NRC and their local partners. That more other families depend on the aid distribution and services provided by other organisations which were stopped. HUDO Centre is concerned about the food security and welfare of the IDPs and the citizens during this difficult period of fighting between SAF and RSF and calls for the following:  The HAC in South Kordufan State to immediately revoke its decision of stopping the operations of NGOs.  South Kordufan State/authorities to respect and appreciate the role played by international and national civil society organizations.  South Kordufan State governor to investigate the reasons behind the directive given by HAC and to make the findings public.
