Dr. Abdalla Ali Musa Tay (35 years old) is a medical doctor and social activist. Aleri Sharq and Ghareib (East and West) are towns in Aleri locality where there is gold-mining activities as it is in other localities of Eastern region of South Kordufan State/ Nuba Mountains. HUDO Centre is concerned about the safety of civilians in Sudan during this difficult period of fighting between SAF and RSF and calls for the following;  SAF Eastern region of SK (Aleri, Talodi, Gadeir and Abu-Jibaiha localities) to stop arresting the civilians arbitrarily.  The head of the security committee (the governor) in South Kordofan State Nuba Mountains to investigate the circumstances that led to this arrest and make the findings public.  The Sudanese Mineral Resources Company should control mining operations and take into account the safety of people, animals and the environment.
