before the court.
2.2.25 Two civilians murdered and one injured in Kalogi locality
On 4th September 2020, three farmers Mr. Emam Hamad Abdalla (39 years old), Mr.
Elfateh Ismail Elneima (24 years old) and Mr. Mohammed Abdueljaleil Hamad (30
years) were traveling together using two motorbikes from Tusi to Gardood Toro in South
Kordufan. At a certain point in Gardood Um-Safra, armed men obstructed their way,
shot at them and disappeared. Mr. Emam Hamad and Mr. Elfateh Ismail died instantly
since they were shot on the head and chest. But Mr. Mohammed Abdueljaleil who was
shot on the legs sustained serious injuries.
The injured person and the dead bodies were picked and taken to Tusi by other
travelers who found them by the road. The dead were buried in Tusi by their relatives
and the injured person was transferred to Abu-Jibaiha for medical treatment. This
murder case was reported to Kalogi police.
2.2.26 Assassination of two people in Elfaid um-Abdalla
On 24th September 2020, Mr. Adam Ahmed (46 years old) and Mr. Ismail Ahmed
Eltoum (21 years old) were at a relative’s house in Elfaid Um-Abdalla. An armed man
with a face mask came in and shot both of them and ran away with another person who
was waiting for him with a motorbike at the house gate. The neighbours saw them
(assailants) driving away.
The case was reported at Elfaid Um-Abdalla police and the two dead bodies were taken
to Rashad town hospital for postmortem. The postmortem report indicated that both
were killed by gunshots (on head and abdomen). The dead bodies were buried by their
relatives at Rashad town. No measures for investigations were taken by police to
apprehend the culprits.
2.2.27 Killing of a farmer followed by outcry in Kadogli
On 24th September 2020, Mr. Yahya Daoud Kafi (52 years old and farmer) was found
dead at his farm in Saraf Edai by his relatives. The matter was reported to police and
the police took the dead body to Kadogli hospital for postmortem. The postmortem
